It is for EVERYONE.  Post-op, pre-op, any-op, any kind of surgery.  We are all brothers and sisters in weight loss surgery and don't even think for a minute that you are being a pest.  That's what we are here for...each other.... so ask away.

Open RNY 3/30/01  260lbs - 130lbs Yvonne McCarthy, CLC. Health & Wellness Coach (full time volunteer). I am happy to help if I can. Visit www.bariatricgirl.com and see the Bariatric Girl blog!  Also check out my Facebook Bariatric Girl Page Photography site www.yvonnemccarthy.com     .„ø¤º°¨ Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ¨°º¤ø„¸¸„ø¤º°¨„ø¤º°¨ Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ¨°º¤ø„¸¸„ø¤º°¨

The RYD conference will be beneficial TO ALL PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD WLS.  There is a little bit for everyone.

Honestly, if you DON"T go, u will REGRET that u didn't.  Seriously consider attending it.

You're not a pesk, we all LOVE to answer MOST questions...IF we know the answers, and if we don't, we certainly try to hook u up to someone that might.

Take care and hope to see u there!

Monica

Hi!
I am a bander too and it was beneficial for me last year. If nothing else, the camaraderie of fellowship with others who have walked the same journey is priceless. There are speakers that present everything from nutrition to plastic surgery. While everything may not be useful to you, most of it is. Nutrition is nutrition regardless of what type of surgery you've had.

Hope you can make it! The friendships that you will make will be more then worth the price of admission- trust me!

I think it's awesome that you have survived cancer....truly a horrible disease that took my mom from me.  Congrats on surviving and thank you for your kind words.  People like you make me smile and I appreciate you!

I am going to do whatever I can to be there.  I have stayed at the San Luis and had a spa treatment from there and it is awesome.  They treat you like the PRINCESES we are.  Hey Ramon they may treat you like a KING!!!!  Let me know if there is anything I can do.
